Lunya Spanish Cooking Masterclass
Owner of the multi award winning Lunya Restaurants and Delis in Liverpool and Manchester, Peter Kinsella will prepare the classic Spanish noodle and seafood dish, Fideuá. This Paella style dish literally translates from the Catalan word Fideuada – “large amount of noodles”.
Peter and his wife Elaine opened Lunya in Liverpool eight years ago, twice winner of The Good Food Guild North West Restaurant of the Year. Manchester Lunya followed in 2015 already wining The MEN Restaurant of the Year in its opening months.
