Owner of the multi award winning Lunya Restaurants and Delis in Liverpool and Manchester, Peter Kinsella will prepare the classic Spanish noodle and seafood dish, Fideuá. This Paella style dish literally translates from the Catalan word Fideuada – “large amount of noodles”.

Peter and his wife Elaine opened Lunya in Liverpool eight years ago, twice winner of The Good Food Guild North West Restaurant of the Year. Manchester Lunya followed in 2015 already wining The MEN Restaurant of the Year in its opening months.

Having cooked for Madonna, Justin Timberlake and The 14th Dalai Lama, Evuna’s Head Chef Arkadiusz Gaczol has a passion for all things Spanish and thrives on creating the diverse dishes of this gastronomic culture with a fine dine twist. Having trained with 3 star Michelin chefs Eyck Zimer and Ryan Murphy, Arek will bring his love for fresh produce to Albert Square as he reveals the secrets behind some of Evuna’s most popular dishes, Pan Fried Scallops, followed by Crema Catalan.

Zarzuela de Pescado

Hailing from Vigo in Galicia El Rincon’s Head Chef David Costal will demonstrate how to cook a traditional Spanish Seafood Casserole – Zarzuela de Pescado. This dish is usually prepared in the coastal areas of Spain using fish and assorted seafood, freshly caught by local fishermen. This is a true taste of Spanish Cooking, come along a take a few century old techniques home, you will never look at the fish mongers stall the same again.
