Succulent Pork Ribs, Marinated in a Chipotle & Paprika tomato sauce – Smokey Spanish flavours to tantalise the taste-buds. As a chef from the North West, who is an enthusiastic traveller, she prepares all her dishes with her passion for travel and authentic flavours at the heart of them.

Deansgate based La Vina will return to Festejar with their Paella Valenciana and Paella Vegetarian. Or why not try some classic Spanish Pintxos, including Cured Morcilla Iberica with Onion and Serrano Ham with Tomato, all made fresh on Albert Square for your enjoyment.
